Martin is a UK visa, immigration, settlement, and British nationality specialist. He advises on complex matters, including unusual cases.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Martin developed a broad commercial background in property acquisition and management, as well as global logistics. He worked on high‑value projects involving the identification of opportunities, negotiation with major organisations, and the management of fast‑moving operations across multiple sectors.

He founded and ran a new revenue generation consultancy and later established a legal advice consultancy assisting with employment, residential tenancy, and welfare matters, among others.
